Arbitrary Noise Gaming Summer Playlist- Game Edition

Summer Playlist- Game Edition

Summer Playlist- Game Edition post thumbnail image

As the school year has ended and the kids start their summer break, it is time to take a look at the huge backlog of games that I hope to play this summer.  Nothing too new as I can’t seem to find time to play some of these, but I am determined to finish one or 2 of them…maybe

Xbox One Games- The Priorities

Batman: Arkham Knight

This is the game I am closest to finishing and one of the few that I may try for 100% completion.  I find the story to be interesting and I love being Batman.  I am a terrible driver of the Batmobile, so that is an issue in a game that focuses on the Batmobile.

UPDATE- FINISHED THE MAIN STORY.  I had illusions of playing this game to 100%…I decided not to.  Need to get to other games.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate

This one I started…a few years ago (maybe 2015…who knows) and I may have to go back and start over as I have NO IDEA where I am in this game.  It is tough to play this one as my son likes games and I can’t really play the game that focuses on assassins with him around, so this one may be a late night only game.

Gears of War 4

This is the series that got me to purchase an Xbox 360 and I have loved the games since then.  This issue with playing them is the same as Assassin’s Creed, except worse as there is no chance I can explain the whole chainsaw gun thing to my kids.  This one goes to the late night list.

Xbox One- I will get to finish these one day

Injustice 2

Pillars of Eternity

Divinity: Original Sin

Final Fantasy XV

Red Dead Redemption

Nintendo Switch- These I can play!

The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild

I played the original Zelda games on the NES and SNES.  Skipped the N64 games, never had a Game Cube, but I am back in with the Switch game.  When I have had a chance to play it, it has been a ton of fun and my kids can watch this one.  This may be on the docket now that I am done with Batman.

Super Mario Odyessy

Everyone in my family loves this one.  Maybe they will let me play…

Game on!
