Not only is there an Xbox One S coming, there was an official announcement of Project Scorpio. Yes, I know Project Scorpio isn’t coming until 2017 and I know that everything will be compatible, but I went through a lengthy discernment on deciding between a Xbox One and a PS4 before getting a Xbox. When I get a chance to play, I like it. I have learned to start it and check for updates before I play and I know I need to tweak some settings on my router. Gameplay is great and I have enjoyed the extra apps like Netfilx, the MLB app and the WWE app.
This has just served to remind me that when you buy technology, you are buying something that is outdated. I’ll enjoy my Xbox One as long as I can.
